Since we’ve combined your scheduling, billing, records, care plan, and face-to-face healthcare provider visits all into one easy-to-use online experience, you should find yourself spending less time in the doctor’s waiting room. However, you can certainly keep your primary physician as we are happy to work with them on your healthcare goals.

While your roz healthcare team can help you with many of your concerns and symptoms online through an eVisit, sometimes you’ll need to see a healthcare provider in person. When or if that happens, your roz healthcare provider will provide a referral and let you know what to expect.

roz does not provide emergency care. If you are in the midst of an emergency, you should call 9-1-1.

With our simple online questionnaires, you provide valuable information to help your roz healthcare providers personalize your care. As a result, you’re not required to transfer your medical history from a previous provider.

If your roz healthcare provider needs more background information — for example, the results of past tests or the name of a medication you can’t remember — they’ll let you and your coach know what to do next.

When you sign up for roz, you can choose to be connected with male or female healthcare providers.

However, your specific roz coach and healthcare providers are assigned to you based on your needs. We believe you’ll find this takes the stress and hassle out of searching for the right provider.

The healthcare providers you connect with for medical care and other specialties may vary. This allows us to match you with the right professional, with the right expertise, at the right time—no more waiting for months to see your regular healthcare provider, and no more endless referrals.

roz is like having your own personal online pharmacy. You can buy a number of prescription medications, test kits, supplements, and skin care products through your roz online dashboard. If your roz healthcare provider prescribes certain scheduled medications, they can call them in to your local pharmacy for you to pick up.

Appointments, tests, and questionnaires

Tests can give your roz healthcare provider a lot of information, like how your body processes food, whether you might be at risk for certain conditions, or which harmful toxins or pesticides you may have been exposed to. Learning things like this can help them make solid recommendations for how to reach your healthy living goals.

Each and every test recommended to you is based on the information learned from your profile, your history, and eVisits.

Most roz tests are taken at home. They come with simple, easy-to-follow instructions and are easy to finish in ten minutes or less. They include:

  • DNA (cheek swab) test
  • Blood spot test
  • Urine test
  • Stool test
  • Saliva test

Some roz tests do require drawing blood. If this is the case, we can arrange for a phlebotomist to visit your home to collect the sample, or we can make an appointment for you at a draw center that is convenient for you to visit.

Your DNA is a blueprint for just about everything in your body. Understanding your blueprint can tell you a lot about how you’re put together. So our DNA tests are designed to help you and your healthcare provider understand things like:

  • How your body reacts to certain medications
  • How your immune system works
  • Identify genes that indicate a higher risk of cancer
  • Identify factors that contribute to conditions like heart disease and osteoporosis

Test results timing depends on a few factors, including how fast it takes to process at the lab. Some tests just take longer than others.

As a rule, once you drop your completed, postage-paid test kit in the mail, you’ll get a notification from us within 1 to 3 weeks when your results are ready to share.

Your results are confidential and private. Who you share them with is completely up to you. There’s no requirement for you to share the results of any roz test with anyone outside of roz.

We’ll never share your test results or any other information unless you ask us to.

At the scheduled time for an eVisit, you’ll simply log in to your roz dashboard, look under “Appointments” and click the “Begin eVisit” link next to today’s appointment. You’ll need to make sure you’re using a camera-enabled phone, computer, or tablet. roz will automatically connect you with your roz healthcare provider.

Most eVisits last about 10-30 minutes.

As a rule, your roz coach will suggest an appointment when you need one.

If you’re interested in a specific product or product bundle that needs a prescription, you’ll set up an eVisit to talk to a roz healthcare provider about it.

Once we’ve got test results ready for you to see, we’ll touch base and set up an eVisit with your provider so they can help you understand your results and what they mean.

roz works with almost any device. That means no matter where you are, you can track your orders, send messages, and speak face-to-face with your roz healthcare team.

All appointments are set up through your roz coach.

Once you’ve finished your intake questionnaire and had your first appointment with a roz healthcare provider, we’ll create your personalized roz care plan. From that point on, your coach will set up any and all appointments you need to help you follow your plan.

Visit your profile to update your preferences, including your preferred appointment times.

To buy roz supplements, you can shop and check out as a guest or complete a simple registration to sign up for an account. To buy roz tests, you’ll need to register, fill out a short questionnaire, and get a prescription from a roz healthcare provider.

The knowledge you get from the right testing can be invaluable. But buying tests you don’t need can get expensive and cause confusion. We want to make sure you’re getting exactly what you need from your roz experience — and to do that, we first have to understand your goals and overall health. That way, when we recommend tests, products, and treatments, they’re tailored for your own unique situation.

Costs and pricing

roz has no up-front costs, and your first appointment with a roz coach is free. After you’ve created your roz care plan, you cover the costs of only the tests, supplements, and eVisits that you need. There are no hidden costs or monthly fees. You pay for everything on an as-needed basis.

From the sourcing of our raw materials to their processing and packaging, we take pride in maintaining high-quality standards for each and every product we recommend. If you’re not completely satisfied with any roz natural supplement or skin therapy product, return the unused portion within 30 days for a full refund.

Nutraceutical Return Policy

We are proud of the quality of our products and want to ensure you are completely satisfied. You may return any unopened item purchased from roz within thirty (30) days of purchase. roz reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements. Return or Exchanges by Mail:

Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible.

Enclose all original packaging that came with the item. Be sure to keep a copy of the packing list or similar documentation for your records. If you do not have the original packing list, please include your order number, reason for return, billing name, and address with the item you are returning.

All products must be returned unopened and in original boxes (whenever possible), with all paperwork and a short explanation on why you are returning the product to ensure full credit.

All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept cash on delivery (COD).

We recommend using UPS or insured mail for returns, as we cannot be responsible for items that never make it back to roz.

Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to roz.

You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.


If the customer returns an unopened product, an exchange will be offered based on the amount paid (as shown on the sales receipt or roz.com packing slip).

Note: The exchanged product is to be the same retail price as that of the returned product. If the exchanged item is a higher price than the returned item, the customer will then be required to pay the balance due.

Credit/Debit Cards:

Credits will be issued to the original charge account when the product is returned within 30 days from the purchase date with a valid sales receipt. Cash refunds will not be given. In the case of a lost, stolen, or closed credit card, the customer must provide a letter (on letterhead) from their credit card company that states the account was closed in good faith. The letter and valid sales receipt must be included in the shipment of returned/exchanged items.

Test Return Policy

Decided Not to Get Tested

You can return your unopened kit within the first 30 days after purchase and receive a refund of the purchase price, less the shipping and handling charges. To request your refund, contact us at support@roz.com or call 1-833-ASK4ROZ. We cannot provide a refund if you opened the kit and/or mailed the kit to our lab for processing.

Lab Can’t Process Your Sample

Our labs may not be able to process your initial sample or your result may contain errors. This usually happens when we do not get sufficient specimen or the results from processing do not meet our standards for accuracy. If our initial processing fails for any of these reasons, roz will offer to send another kit to you to collect a second sample at no charge. If you decline this option, you will receive a refund of the purchase price, less the shipping and handling charges, provided that you will not resubmit another sample through a future purchase of the service. If you receive another sample collection kit and roz’s attempts to process the second sample are unsuccessful, roz will not send additional sample collection kits and you will receive a refund of the purchase price, less the shipping and handling charges.

eVisit Return Policy

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on purchased eVisits.
